User is obliged to report to the Bank or mobile operator any change in mobile phone number, theft or loss of the handset for the purpose of new registration, temporary blocking of services and creating new mPIN respectively.
In case a User forgets or loses his mPIN, he/she will inform mobile operator Customer Service for the purpose of creating new mPIN.
Complaints on rendered SMS recharge services shall be first filed to mobile operator. User shall file all complaints, related to performed financial transactions recorded on VISA card account, to Piraeus Bank.
User of SMS recharge services may, at any time, with identification, cancel, i.e. block this service by addressing Piraeus Bank or calling the mobile operator Customer Service. |
