Do you want to construct a house or refinance your existing loan with much more favorable conditions? Piraeus Bank offers several types of housing loans, loans for real estate purchase, construction, refurbishment and refinansing loans from other banks.
Piraeus Bank housing loans for real estate purchase, construction, refurbishment and refinancing are approved with maturities up to 84 months for the dinar and up to 25 years for euro loans, while loans for renovation have a repayment period of 15 years. The age limit for complete repayment is 67. years. The client has to have an account in Piraeus Bank or her salary through Piraeus Bank current account.
Loans in dinars are approved in amount from 500.000 to 2.000.000 rsd, minimal amount for refurbishment is 5.000 euros, 10.000 euros for reconstruction and 15.000 for construction. The maximum amount of euro loans is limited by your creditworthiness (except for loans for refurbishment which maximum amount is 15.000 euros). Health and life insurance are not obligatory, and there is the possibility of joint debtors who do not have to be family members. The Bank granted refinancing mortgage loans from other banks on the same terms.

| Credit users: |
- Citizens of the Republic of Serbia, from 21 to 67 years old (end of loan) for loans with or without insurance to NKOSK
- Minimum 1 year of service and minimum 6 months in the same company with permanent employment

| Creditworthiness: |
- The monthly annuity may not exceed 45%/ 60% of regular monthly net income after deduction of all charges for loans with our without insurance in NKOSK (with respect of NBS decisions concerning minimum consumer basket)
- Minimum monthly salary 15.000 RSD

| Loan provisions: |
- Mortgage first order on the property which is the subject of loan or on an other property registered in favor of the Bank
- 2 bank bills and bill statement
- Conditional assignment order
- Basic real estate insurance + supplementary insurance (outflow of water from installations) in favor of Piraeus Bank
- Costs of the insurance policy and the assessment are paid by the borrower
- Insurance policy from the Piraeus Bank official list of eligible insurance companies

- Payment to the borrower's account in Piraeus Bank - buying real estate
- Payment to the credit account of the Bank who issued the certificate on the debt – Refinancing
- Payments (in tranches) to corporate account opened in Piraeus Bank - loans for construction, reconstruction and refurbishment

| Prepayment fee (total or partial): |
The fee can be charged only for loan for real estate purchase if the amount of the early repayment period of 12 months is more than 1.000.000 dinars
- 1,00% of prepayment amount, if the period of prepayment and deadline of obligation fulfilling from the loan contract is more than one year
- 0,5% of prepayment amount, if the period of prepayment and deadline of obligation fulfilling from the loan contract is less than one year
- 0% if the existing loan is refinanced with new loan of PBBe
