In case of arrear or failure to pay any monetary obligations of the Borrower to the Bank on time, the Bank will charge penalty interest at a rate determined by the default interest rate ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 119/2012) (legal interest), starting from the due date until the date of full settlement of due and arrears. The default interest rate is determined on an annual basis in the amount of the interest rate of the European Central Bank to its main refinancing operations increased by 8 (eight) percentage points and it was published on the website of the National Bank of Serbia www.nbs.rs. |
