The interest rate is variable part of the reference rate.

The variable interest rate will be adjusted in line with changes in 3 month Belibor, the reference interest rate for dinar funds offered by banks in the Serbian Panel interbank market.

Penalty interest rate In case of arrear or failure to pay any monetary obligations of the Borrower to the Bank on time, the Bank will charge penalty interest at a rate determined by the default interest rate ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 119/2012) (legal interest), starting from the due date until the date of full settlement of due and arrears. The default interest rate is determined on an annual basis in the amount of the interest rate of the European Central Bank to its main refinancing operations increased by 8 (eight) percentage points and it was published on the website of the National Bank of Serbia www.nbs.rs.

Premature repayment
