Documentation required for Piraeus Bank Super Current Account opening for legal entities:

1. Super Current Account application form
2. Decision of the Commercial Court, Business Register Agency or other competent authority (with all amendments and supplements)
3. Certificate of registration number
4. TIN – excerpt on tax identification number of the client
5. Certified signature of persons authorized for representation on notarized signature form
6. Agreement on account opening and maintaining / two copies
7. Signature card / three copies
8. Photocopy of ID cards of persons authorized for representation

Above listed documents may be submitted as copies but with originals presented for examination.
