Ilias D. Milis

Mr. Ilias Milis is an Executive member of Piraeus Bank S.A., Athens, Board of Directors and Managing Director. Mr. Milis is the Head of the Group’s International Banking. He is also member of Piraeus Bank A.D. Beograd Board of Directors.

He was born in Elaiohori of Arcadia in 1955 and he is a graduate of Economic Science of Athens University. He holds an MBA from Alberta University, Canada.

He started his career in 1984 at the Ministry of Research and Technology involved with the assessment of investment programs. Following that, he worked at Ionian Bank for 8 years. Since 1993 he joined Piraeus Bank, first as Director of Credit department, Regional Manager, Director of Credit division and General Manager of Branch Network Division of Southern Greece.

He is also member of other Piraeus Bank subsidiaries’ Board of Directors overseas.

George Mantakas

Mr. George Mantakas is member of Piraeus Bank a.d. Beograd Board of Directors and Audit Committee.

He was born in Athens in in 1959 and holds B.Sc. degree from Athens School of Economics and Business Science and Ph.D. in Economics from University of Rochester, USA.

He started his career as a Teaching Assistant at University of Rochester in 1983, where later he took position of a Lecturer. He also worked as an Analyst at US Department of Justice. Following that, he worked at Ioannian Bank for 6 years. Since 1998 he joined Piraeus Bank, first as Section Manager of Strategic Planning, and finally as Director of International Division.

Sotirious Syrmakezis

Mr. Sotirious Syrmakezis was born in 1966 in Larisa, Greece. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Crete University.

He started his career in Egnatia Bank, where he worked as Head of User Support Division, Head of Application Development Division and Head of IT Division.

In 2000, he joined Piraeus Bank, first as Credit Card Director, then as E-banking Director and finally as Deputy General Manger for Retail Banking. He is also General Manager of Piraeus Direct Service SA.

Mr. Syrmakezis is a member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank AD Belgrade.

Aleksandra Jovanović

Mrs. Aleksandra Jovanović was born in Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia. She is Ph.D. in Law and Vice-Dean and Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Belgrade University, lecturing Political Economy, Economic System and Economic Analysis of Law. She is also CEO of ESPI Institute in Belgrade.

Mrs. Jovanović is also Member of the Advisory Board of Belgrade Center of Human Rights (NGO), Member of the Editorial Board of "Privrednik", Scientific Association of Economist of Serbia, Center for Improvement of Law Studies, Member of Alternative Academic Education Network.

Mrs. Jovanović is member of Piraeus Bank AD Beograd Board of Directors.

Branimir Marković

Mr. Branimir Marković was born in 1949 in Belgrade, Serbia. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Belgrade University in 1975.

Mr. Marković started his career as a Financial Manager at Generalexport, Belgrade, Serbia. He was Financial Manager at Genex Co. LTD. London for 5 years.

In 1991 he joined International Genex Bank, Belgrade, as General Manager, and later became Advisor at Atlas Bank, Belgrade. From 2005 to 2008 he held a position of Chairman of Executive Board at Piraeus Bank AD Beograd. At the moment, Mr. Marković is Vice Chairman of Piraeus Bank AD Beograd Board of Directors.

Neoclis Neocleous

Neoclis Neocleous is Chairman of Executive Board of Piraeus Bank AD Belgrade. Mr. Neocleous was born in Cyprus in 1959 and holds a B. Sc. (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering from University College London, as well as an M.Sc. post graduate degree in Management from Imperial College of Science and Technology London.

In October 2007 Mr. Neocleous joined Piraeus Bank Group as Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking in Piraeus Bank Cyprus. Before Piraeus Bank Group, Mr. Neocleous worked for 17 years in Bank of Cyprus, where he has assumed various positions ranging in the areas of Corporate Banking, Restructuring, Credit, Factoring and Branch Network, in both Cyprus and Greece.

Steve J. Froustis

Steve J. Froustis was born in 1966. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree - Cum Laude and his Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Finance from Arizona State University.

Mr. Froustis started his banking career in 1992 in the Corporate Banking Department at Banque Paribas in Greece.

In 1995, he joined Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP) in Greece and after holding various managerial positions within the Branch Banking and Corporate Banking Departments, attained the position of Assistant Corporate Banking Manager of BNP Paribas in Greece.

In 2001, he became the Corporate Banking Manager of Omega Bank in Greece. During his tenor at Omega Bank, he was also involved in Venture Capital, Project Finance, Securitization and other non-financial investment related activities of the Omega Bank Group.

In 2007, Mr. Froustis joined the Piraeus Bank Group as an Area Manager in the International Corporate Banking Division where he was responsible for the International Corporate Banking Portfolio of the Piraeus Bank Group in Serbia, Bulgaria, Egypt and the United States. In 2009, Mr. Froustis became the Head of the International Corporate Banking Division of the Piraeus Bank Group.

Since 2010, Mr. Froustis has been an Executive Board Member, Deputy General Manager and an Advisor for Large Corporate & Structured Finance of Piraeus Bank AD Belgrade.

Dimitrios Kariotis

Mr. Dimitrios Kariotis was born in 1966 in Chios, Greece. He holds B.Sc. degree in Economics from Industrial Business School of Salonica and M.Sc. degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Wales, UK.

Mr. Kariotis started his career as an auditor at PWC. Later, he worked for Sanofi Beaute S.A. as a Financial Controller, Kodak Near-East Camera S.A. as a Finance and Administration Manager, and Franke Hellas S.A. as a Finance-IT and Administration Director. In 2002, Mr. Kariotis joined Piraeus Group as Finance-IT and Administration Director at Piraeus Bank Romania, Bukarest. From January 2006, Mr. Kariotis is Executive Board Member and CFO of Piraeus Bank AD Beograd.

Dušan Milinković

Mr. Dušan Milinković was born in 1966. in Belgrade, Serbia. He holds BSc. in Economics from Belgrade University in 1991.

Mr. Milinković started his career in JIK Bank Belgrade, from which he joined Federal Agency for Deposit Insurance as Executive Director, which started Serbian banking sector transformation in 2000. From 2001. Mr. Milinković worked for Eksimbanka Belgrade as Head of Treasury, HVB bank as Head of SME Division, Privredna Banka Belgrade as Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Treasury.

In December 2008, Mr. Milinković joined Piraeus Bank AD Belgrade as Executive Board Member responsible for Corporate Banking and Treasury Division.

Svetlana Ristić

Svetlana Ristić holds Bachelor of Science title from Faculty of Economics University Of Belgrade, Serbia.

She started career as Head of Loan Division in Agrobanka, in mid 90's came to the position of Financial Advisor in the company Kosmaj Komerc, and than in 2003, she returned to the banking sector on the position of Head of Corporate Department in National bank of Greece SA Belgrade.

In early 2006 Ms Ristić cames to Volksbank as Head of International customer Department. She joined Piraeus bank team at the end of 2008 as Credit Division director.

Since 2010 Svetlana Ristić is Executive board member of Piraeus bank.
