Purpose: Investments for equipment, motor vehicles, reconstruction, commercial property adaptation and buying

Interest rate

• loans with currency clause: 3M Euribor + spread 10%-11% (EIR 11.69%)
• loans in RSD: 2W repo + spread 10%-11% (EIR 22.86%)
• loans with currency clause with 110% deposits: 3m Euribor + 3% (EIR 4.65%)

Tenor: To 120 months

Amount: 5,000 € – 50,000 € (for loans in RSD – RSD countervalue)

Administrative fee: 1% one-time

Loan prepayment: 3% one-time
